Life is inherently challenging. The daily struggles may be stressful, uncertain, or
traumatic. However, these challenges when identified and confronted can be used for
greater personal growth. When we shift our mindset, our problems become instruments
for self-discovery and awareness.
My philosophical approach to counseling is collaborative and humanistic. I implement elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help explore ideas, thoughts, emotions and behaviors. We will confront the issues and take action towards establishing healthy core beliefs and coping mechanisms.
I believe we are all significant players on the worlds stage and our importance should not be overlooked. I will meet you where you are on your life’s journey and together we will navigate through the adversities in the pursuit of finding balance.
