I hope to create a safe, authentic, and nonjudgmental space for you to share your thoughts and feelings as you do the exciting work of walking towards healing and wholehearted living. I am passionate about helping my clients see their inherent worth and value and helping others feel truly seen, respected, and known. I believe in the tenacity and strength of the human spirit, in one’s ability to overcome unyielding challenges, and in the power of self compassion. Life can feel messy and we can feel stuck in old patterns, feelings of shame, trauma, anxiety, apathy, or hurt. Whatever it may be, you don’t have to do it alone.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas. I believe in a collaborative and tailored person-centered approach to meet your specific strengths, values, goals, and needs. I utilize modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems Theory (IFS).

I work with adults, teenagers, and couples. I have experience working with children who face anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, women's issues, and relationship matters.
